The 2026 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle Coin marks the 40th anniversary of the American Gold Eagle series. First introduced in 1986, this bullion coin remains one of the most recognized gold coins from the United States Mint.
Each coin contains 1/10 troy ounce of actual gold weight and is made from .9167 fine gold, also known as 22k gold. This 2026 issue comes in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and is sealed in MintSealed protective packaging to help preserve its original mint quality.
The obverse features Augustus Saint-Gaudens’ classic Lady Liberty design. Liberty is shown walking forward with a torch in one hand and an olive branch in the other, with the Capitol Building, sun rays, and stars in the background.
The reverse features the bald eagle portrait introduced in 2021. Designed by Jennie Norris, it shows a detailed left-profile view of the eagle’s head, giving the coin a strong and modern look.
